“One of the reasons I was drawn to learn meditation with Dan was that his very Being exuded a calm, grounded energy. It was immediately apparent that he walks his talk, and this is the kind of integrity I look for in a teacher. The whole process with Dan, from the intro session to the teachings and follow up information, has been supportive, accessible and incredibly enriching. Dan has a knack for breaking down information in a way that's practical and easy-to-understand, while also honouring the sacred aspects of the practice. The technique has had a wonderful impact on my life, not only bringing more presence to my day and enhancing my ability to cope with stress, but also returning to me to my own ancestral and mystical roots. I can't recommend both this technique and Dan enough for tangible, positive and easy-to-maintain changes in overall wellbeing.”

Simple & Effortless Technique

Vedic Meditation is a simple and natural technique that anyone can learn. It is practiced whilst sitting comfortably with the eyes closed for twenty minutes, morning and evening.

Vedic Meditation easily and effortlessly allows the mind to de-excite whilst remaining fully awake and alert. Research on this state of ‘restful alertness’ has been shown to be five times more restful than sleep and provides the body with a systematic way of healing and repairing itself. As a result, accumulated stress and fatigue is released from the nervous system allowing for a healthier and happier version of you to engage with life’s demands with greater clarity and ease.
